We acquired a licence for Civil Partnership as soon as it was possible and we are proud to be amongst the first to open our doors for same sex couples following the recent revision of the Civil Partnerships Act.

Number of guests

For the post ceremony dinner, within the house, we can accommodate as many as one hundred or up to two hundred and fifty when we add a marquee. In the house or marquee the Reception can also be for as many as two hundred and fifty. Beyond that a larger marquee can be arranged in the gardens for as many as 1000.

Exclusive use

Civil Partnerships are the perfect opportunity to make use of our Exclusive Use policy and when you do, most commonly on a Saturday, all 41 bedrooms in the main house are at your disposal at exceptionally competitive prices. More importantly, you and your guests will enjoy the privacy of this ancestral home with our entire team at your disposal.
